Snow Tubing
Take the short drive over to Copper Mountain and join the kids for some exhilarating snow tubing action. With a selection of runs of varying steepness, Copper’s tubing hill is suitable for all kids, from timid to intrepid. Children must be at least 36” tall.

Dogsledding
Dogsledding offers a unique means of experiencing the wilderness of Colorado that is both exciting as well as scenic. Ice-Skating
The Vail Valley offers three different venues for this favorite winter pastime. From on-mountain to village to ice arena, choose the best place to practice your style. For more of a hockey or figure skating experience, visit Dobson Ice Arena across from the Vail Library. If you are looking for high altitude, open-air skating, visit Adventure Ridge’s outdoor rink, just a short ride up the Eagle Bahn Gondola, but be careful not to slip while taking in the extraordinary views from atop Vail Mountain. Or for a nice break from shopping and people-watching, visit the Black Family Ice Rink in the heart of Beaver Creek Village.
